It can be a constant battle, that struggle to lose weight. Many of us find it necessary to go on diets, either for health reasons, to lose weight or both. The problem is, which diet works the best? What diet plan will help me lose weight, keep it off and improve my overall health? Those are the questions we hope to answer for you.
We have tested and reviewed some of the most popular diets available today, including DASH and flexitarian (a recent dieting trend). Our reviews will give you some pros and cons of each diet plan and tell you what you will be able to eat, as well as what you will need to drop from your diet. Most importantly, we look at the nutritional and health benefits (or lack of) for each of the diets we review.
